Hudson Beach Waterfront House with dock and canoe

Convenient and clean

James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. Thank you, James for sharing your home.

Place was absolutely perfect except for bathroom was little small

the rental was so outdated, nothing like the pictures showed and pictures that were posted were so deceiving. couldn’t use dresser drawers without them falling out. Kitchen counter and sink was dirty. Shows picture of dryer, didn’t know laundry was outside. Back yard unkept. carport had 2 old, broken grills.

The couch could use a fresh cleaning. Bed was okay (it wasn't mine, so there's that), nothing to write home about, but comfortable enough to get some sleep. I needed a couple of days to myself and my fishing. That is exactly what I got, so I'm satisfied! And, YES, I would recommend this property.

Convenient and clean!

This is a beautiful house. It looks plain on the outside as you're pulling up, but the inside is well decorated, clean, newer appliances, some toiletries and other items supplied. Air conditioner works great! Comfortable bedding, extra hangars. There is a small deck in the backyard that is not covered, but there is a tree for shade much of the time. The carport is a good spot to hang outside away from the elements. The dock is carpeted and has a roof. this place was 5 minute drive to restaurants and the gulf. Not a lot of privacy, but I didn't expect it with the canals. It's the way of life there. There were fences that helped separate the properties as best they could. We would definitely stay there again.

I don’t think I would ever board a dog there

This cute and very clean, waterfront home was close to everything I needed, the beach, shopping, great restaurants and my weakness a great ice ceam shop. The perfect place at a freat price and James was always avsilable if needed. Thank you for sharing your home

Good location close to everything I needed.

Day of check-in was different... Walked in and the AC wasn't working. James was very accommodating and let me stay at another location while the AC was getting fixed. The rest of the week was great, a good spot to stay for a solo trip, couple or small family. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Make sure you check out the ice-cream shop next door and go down the street to watch the sunset. Wonderful experience and the owner was easy to communicate with.

The stay was very good bed was outstanding. All you need is there we just couldn’t figure out tv & it kept going in & out. Othwise just fine.

A very nice and cozy location. The dock was very nice to relax on. The house was comfortable for 2 people. The amenities were nice and there was actually extra stuff we didn't expect like beach chairs, golf clubs, ect. The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we would need. Would highly recommended this location also for its nice area and nearby restraunts, ice-cream shop, and grocery stores all conveniently nearby. Overall this was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
