* No smoking INSIDE the house please, outside in the backyard is fine. Any damage cause by burns, will incur a fee of $250.

* If you`re having a small gathering, please let us know how many guests will be stopping by, and how many guests will actually be spending the night.

* Please clean after your pets, outside and in. Pets are not allowed on furniture of any kind. If anything is damaged by your pet, a fee of $250 will incur.

* Parking is free. Do not bock the driveways. Up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway. Please do not block anyone else`s driveway in the neighborhood.

* Even though there is no noise ordinance, please be respectful of the neighbors.
