Stayed Jul 6, 2024The host was very polite. Everything was at the house that we need from kitchen condiments to toys for the pool. The house was kept in great condition and the pool was just right not to shallow and not to deep. We definitely will be staying here again

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We had a great stay in this wonderful house. The AC worked great. The pool was super clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The rooms were very tidy. Everything worked wonderfully and we had a great family vacation. John and Wendy were fantastic hosts and ver responsive to us!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024The only thing that could improve is the AC. It was set at 78 at night and the temperature was not comfortable to sleep. Everything else was wonderful.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Great location easy to navigate and near the river. Clean home! Garage was a major plus with the heat. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Pool could be cleaner did spend some time fishing out leaves and rocks before getting in. Comfortable bed! Thank you!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022I unfortunately was not able to stay at this location due to one of the people in my party falling I’ll and being hospitalized. The hosts were amazing and wanted to work with me to make sure I would be able to stay at their place at a later time. They have even checked back to see if I got my refund of my trip and my cleaning deposit. I will be staying here when I go later this year.

Stayed Jul 28, 2022We had an amazing time staying at this house. The house is in one of the nicer areas of Havasu at the end of a culd-a-sac. The house was clean, comfortable and the layout was perfect for us. All of the beds were comfortable and the backyard and pool were nice and also comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.
