House with pool a few steps from the beach

Home was exactly as described and was very welcoming. Location near the beach and restaurants was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend! Communication with the host was top notch.

Nice house, close to the beach and supermarket

Lovely property and excellently located for the beach and large supermarket. Host was friendly and instructions clear. Only issue, the property could have been a bit cleaner on arrival.

Lovely comfortable house with tons of outdoor space! Perfect, 2 minutes to beach, close to shops, quiet street. Very easy to communicate with owner. Definitely recommend. Only negative: lack of shower gels, shampoo, etc.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is well equipped and very secure. The pool is a good size and the outside areas are smart and great for chilling out. Inside it is smart, modern and good for a family or group of 4-6. Only slight criticism is the beds have poor mattresses but not awful. But it’s all about the location, 5 minutes from the most spectacular beach and 2 minutes to the supermarket. A pleasant walk for 10-15 minutes takes you to a busier area with a few restaurants and bars. I recommend Alcudia old town for a special meal.

Nice and comfortable location. Close to all facilities: supermarcet, tank station. Also short distance to the center of Port Alcudia and beach. The house is modern and very well equiped. On our next trip to mallorca we will try to book same house.

Prior to our stay, and during the stay, the communication with the owners/managers was excellent. They would answer any queries within an hour usually a lot less. The property has an alarm, which took us a little by surprise when we arrived! There is off street parking, but it is easier to leave a car on the road outside. The property was really clean and well equipped. There is a washing machine (no dryer) dishwasher, modern oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We arrived late to the villa and we had been left basic supplies which was very welcome - bread, spread, milk , water, apples. There was also cooking oil, salt pepper, sugar etc already there which was really helpful. There is a very clean and well maintained pool approx 5m by 3m ideal for a cooling dip, and there are separate pools towels that can be used. The standard of the outside furniture is very good. The property is pretty much as shown in the photos. The internet is excellent. The beautiful sandy beach is about 100m away and there is also a good supermarket about 100m away, which stays open until about 9pm. The property is on the outskirts of port Alcudia although there are restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The walk up to the port proper probably takes about 30-40 minutes and longer to old town Alcudia (which is really beautiful). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

From the moment we booked this fantastic Villa to the day we left, it could not have went more smoothly. If you stayed in villas before you will know there can be a little anxiousness waiting on replies from some owners. Not with David and Jan and this property. Every question was answered promptly and they were always on hand for any recommendations or to deal with any minor issues that cropped up. I stayed here for 10 days in July with my wife and kids (7 and 18 months). The outside area is excellent with plenty of loungers and tables & chairs The pool is a perfect size for our kids. The villa itself is even better than the photos show and all appliances within are of a high standard. Everything you need has been thought of and is in excellent condition. The villa is just across the road from a beautiful beach and has a very big supermarket just around the corner, there is also a great little shop next door that sells fresh bread and fruit in the morning. We would not hesitate in booking this villa again.
