Stayed Sep 1, 2018The property had everything we needed to make it a great “home from home”. It is about 500 yards from the Old Village and about a 30 minute walk from Vilamoura marina. It looks out onto the golf course with great views. Effective air conditioning and decent pressure in the showers. Highly recommended

Stayed Jun 9, 2018The villa is in a lovely location within the Old Village. The villa is in need of some upgrading and needs a bit of TLC. The hot water system needs attention as the boiler would not run and the tank with the immersion heater could not provide six warm showers. The pool has a fair few tiles missing and the barbecue has seen better days. There is also an ants nest within the window on the landing that requires sorting. In general the villa needs a good deep clean as when we arrived it was felt by all of our party that it had not had anything more than a quick wipe over for a number of weeks. It is a real shame as when we last stayed two years ago the villa was in a lot better condition.
