House w/ Balcony ~ 5 Mi to Cranmore Resort!

The house was as described. We had everything we needed. Everything was set up very welcoming, and it was comfortable and homey. The communication with the owner via email was great. The actual property manager was slow to respond until we were assigned a guest host which went great after that. Check in was easy. We didn’t have children or dogs with us but it’s the perfect house for both. Limited play area outside but mostly because there is some construction going on on the property but all to make it better! I included a few pics so others would know it was just as described! We had a great stay and would stay again.

My family and I stayed here in July and the house is very beautiful and didn't lack at all for kitchen utensils and appliances. The owners have provided all the comforts of home. Every detail right down to providing child gates, dog crates, couch blankets, games, and a new grill! The place was so clean! Even though dogs are allowed, you would never know that they were there. The property is very close to the Ellis River and there are several spots along 16/302 that you can find. We found a hidden gem 4 years ago for our dogs and for the past 4 years have been the only ones there! The only negative was that there is no AC on the lower level where the bedrooms are. The days and nights were hot so even opening a window would not have helped cool the rooms down. However, they have fans. But we brought our own. The neighborhood is very quiet and you have a great view of the mountains from the deck. Our guest contact was Karter and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend.

We had such a good stay here! 3 minutes to Storyland allowed us to go in the morning, come home for naps & lunch, and go back in the afternoon! House is beautiful, view is great, and kids loved the bunk bed room!

Very spacious and well cared for home. the view from the home was beautiful. Lots of neighbor hood to walk around with our pup.

The property was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the living area, kitchen and proximity to Storyland. We worried about nothing! Property manager was accessible and answered questions quickly. The house made our vacation perfect!

This house was a fantastic place for us to stay to visit local attractions with family. The multiple sitting rooms along with the different options for sleep came in very handy for us. I especially enjoyed the large windows which let in lots of light and the great view of the mountains. We loved the open kitchen with plenty of counter space. The cabinets were stocked with everything we needed including nice stainless steel pans, new dishware and plastic plates and bowls which we used for our kids. We would recommend this property.

Wonderful home! We stayed for a long weekend to visit Storyland. 6 adults and 3 children under 3. This home is beautiful and filled with all your needs including baby gates. Four minutes to Storyland, yet the home is in a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful views. Definitely recommend for a family vacation. The property management team has a quick response.

We took a chance visiting NH for the first time early in the ski season thinking further north meant more snow. Unfortunately, that was not the case. But what a beautiful state! The house was within easy commute to each Attitash and Wildcat, both mountains that had a bunny slope and one harder trail open (one not really skiable). Despite the lack of snow and torrential rains that came we had a great time with our friends. We visited North Conway shops and ate out, cooked in, and relaxed. The house was well kept, neat with nice home furnishings and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay for 6 ppl. With poor weather and a power outage, we decided to cut our stay short by one day. I did inform property management and also let them know of some areas needing addressing - batteries being replaced in carbon monoxide detectors that would not stop alarm following outage, the gas grill would not work despite having what seemed to be plenty of propane, forcing us to broil inside which resulting in a bit of smoke from the oven that needed some better cleaning. And last, there were mouse dropping in the bedroom and bedspread on our arrival, and in the bottom of the kitchen stove and bathroom vanity drawers. Having had a country seasonal rental of our own, I understand it can be hard to keep them out. I would say this means better rodent control is needed and should be thoroughly checked same day guests are expected to arrive. Property Manager did not respond to my email.

A wonderful trip! The house was perfect…open floor plan with numerous seating options. Plenty of room for various children’s activities. Beautiful kitchen…. Bedrooms spacious and private. Outdoor seating areas with beautiful views of the mountains. Less than 5 minute drive to Storyland. Will definitely rebook this property!
