House / Villa - Inca

Whe loved the hosts, they where very friendly and helped us a lot.The house is special,big and the gatden is so beautiful!!!Whe had everythiny whe wished for!

What an amazing time we had at the Villa! Stunning place with beautiful rustic charm and a great pool and grounds. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and the bedrooms have a lovely rustic, old school appeal. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering great outdoor BBQ and the major supermarkets are only a 5min drive away. Great driving distance to all of the island too. The host was fantastic, very quick to sort out minor issues and made sure our stay wasn't affected, great communication in English and Spanish. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Stunning rural villa on the outskirts of Inca. Check in was straight forward, we met Araceli at the property who gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We visited as a family of 10, including 3 children and there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet when needed. The pool is big, the pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers and well kept grounds. Really nice BBQ area on the terrace out the back of the kitchen with a large seating area, the kitchen is huge with an indoor dining table and includes all appliances you will need, apart from a kettle but we just boiled the water in a pan. We had one small problem one day with the electricity, the host was very efficient and this was resolved quickly. Inca town centre is around a 40 minute walk or a short drive, we managed to get taxis a couple of evenings. 3 renovated bathrooms including showers and 1 renovated toilet room. No AC however fans were provided and with the windows open overnight and the fans blowing, we didn’t find this a big deal. All in all it was absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic time at this wonderful property! Thank you

We had a verily nice stay. Very bog and clean house with 14 places to sleep for adults. Nice sitting area next to the BBQ. Swimming pool is also very nice and big. The only thing that you maybe miss if it is very hot inside is airco, but that's all. For the rest it is a very nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend the place.

Very good host, the house is amazing!!

The Finca is amazing, charming and big. We stayed five families with children and it was perfect for us. The house is made of stone and is silent when children are screaming and people are taking a nap for example. The garden and pool is beautiful and big. We would very much like to come back!

It was a fantastic stay - a wonderful authentic Fianca with beautiful gardens and great facilities. Highly recommended!

Really lovely place with a big garden which is keep in great conditions by the gardener. We were a group of 12 guys and stayed for one week in June 2019. Most of the time we were hanging out at the big pool. In the evening we tried our cooking skills in the kitchen and on the barbecue places always switching the places where we had breakfast and dinner cause of the many tables around the finca. Checkin and Check out were totally easy. Got a whatsapp contact for any problems (which didnt occur). For Shopping take the car to the big Shops in Inca 3 minutes aways from the Finca. Also great to go everywhere due to the main road passing by Inca. The Finca is perfect for any Kind of Group or big Family who likes to have a great time with themselves without any dirsturbance from outside. And if you Need distraction you just hit the road or take a cab to Palma, the mountains or Alcudia. Really enjoyed hanging out there :-)

We were a group of eleven guys and had a really good time in the finca. The house is well equipped and everything is in a proper shape. The garden and the pool are also in perfect conditions - 5 Stars. I highly recommend it.
