House / Villa - GARACHICO

We enjoyed the time on Teneriffa. Nice weather, nice people, nice hiking tours.

The property is perfect for people who prefer a quiet location. It has lovely views of the ocean. Parking is secure behind locked gates. We had bananas delivered to our door which was lovely.Diane the young lady who cleaned was very thorough and was very friendly. This is the third time we have stayed at this property.

We have stayed in this apartment several times and we love it. The location is great. One can sit in the garden and watch the sea and the impressive cliffs behind the apartment. It is near lovely Garachico and not far from Masca, Puerto, Icod etc. Domingo, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is very nice and the garden is a perfect place for meals.

Firstly, Domingo was an excellent host, very responsive to any question or communication. The cake left for us was a welcome gesture. Sheets and towels were changed every 7 days. The property is located approximately 20 mins walk from Garachico itself which has many shops and cafe/restaurants. Although the bus stops right outside it is advisable to hire a car. The property itself is large with a large bedroom, kitchen and sitting room but is in need of some renovation. Cracked tiles, cracked plaster etc... but none of this affected our stay here. There is a set of stairs leading up to a roof terrace but this has been blocked off for some reason. There is an omission from the description, whilst the property itself is yours during the stay, it is one of two joined properties which means the area shown with the sunbeds in the pictures is shared with the other property. Also, where the pictures show the outside dining area, this is the walkway for the other property to reach the parking area. As you are outside eating you may be passed by the other occupants on their way in or out. We were lucky as the other property was only booked for the first week and remained vacant for the remaining two weeks which meant we had the communal areas to ourselves. The parking area itself is very large and has a locked gate although it seems there are other people who come and go at random times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Splendid Canarian home, well presented and had all that we needed. A car is essential.but close to Garachico, and a preferred side of the island if you prefer a quieter time. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Buenavista Golf Club. Nice walk around the outside. Drago tree at Icod. and Puerto De La Cruz 30 min drive away. Also the busy side of the island is only between 45 mins and an hours drive away.

It's a beautiful apartment very close to the sea with a magnificent view.

As advertised, great location, quiet, wonderful views

This is a beautiful apartment with a great view of the sea and cliffs behind the house. It is very near Garachico, a lovely village. It is quiet and has several lovely places to sit.

everything perfect, supermarket in walking distance (Caleta de Interlan) unfortunately both restaurants in immediate neighbourhood were closed all the time

This villa is on the main north coast highway and all the villages and towns on the coast are easily accessible there are local restaurants within walking distance And a short drive over the mountains puts you in touch with the busy touristy south coast The villa was serviced with linen and cleaned for us every 3/4 days Excellent***** For us with an extended stay, the addition of a kettle and a washing machine would have made all the difference
