Description

The house has been totally rebuilt during the last 2 years with high quality materials. It is spacious and is located in the city center of Quiberon, at the end of a quiet dead end.
Shops and beaches respectively at 1 and 6 minutes.

The house consists of:
Ground floor :
1) entrance, wc with washbasin and technical room.
2) large openspace with living room fireplace, dining room and kitchen. This living room overlooks the south facing terrace with a large bay window fully open.
3) laundry with 2 machines, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

First floor :
2 parental suites of 25 m² each equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a separate bathroom for each suite with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower.

Second floor :
1) 1 dormitory with 4 single beds, a large wardrobe and a tv corner with dvd.
2) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to glue the 2 beds for double bed) or put each single bed at both ends of the room with wardrobes and chest of drawers.
3) 1 independent toilet.
4) 1 bathroom with large bath, double sink and large shower.

The house has wifi. All rooms are also equipped with internet cable connection.

Outside courtyard of approximately 50m² on the north side.
South-facing terrace equipped with a large table, 10 chairs and a barbecue.
Possibility parking.
