House Seaside & Pool - Flic en Flac

We arrived at 5 am in the morning..we were informed that check in was at 3pm. So requested that we could maybe drop off our luggage at the place while waiting for 9hrs to check in. This was for myself my husband and daughter..and my parents. We were then told that we would have to pay an early check in fee just to put our luggage in a room. This was a ridiculous amount! I find this extremely petty and unaccommodating to your guests who are extremely tired after their flight..we were just wanting a place to put there luggage. We had to take all out suitcases and kill time on the beach from 8am till 3pm..which was terrible for us. Upon finally arriving at the place we were not met by either of the owners and the air on was not working properly. It We as HOT!!! We also could see no one had been staying there previously to us as the place was hot and didn't look like it was cleaned properly. Upon complaining we managed to sort this out but I must just say that it was def not the kind of welcome that would bring you back to a place. If you want good reviews and referrals you need to accommodate your guests by going the extra mile..it's not all about money. We enjoyed the rest of our stay..the beaches were lovely and it was very convenient with shops being so nearby.

My husband, our 12-year-old son and I had an excellent stay. Frederic was a great host - our communication, checking-in and out, were smooth and hassle free. The house is situated in a very convient location, close to all amenities - a short walk to the grocery market SPAR, pharmacy, ATM tellers, taxi stand, and the Flic en Flac beach, where there are various restaurants and bars. The residence has a good-sized swimming pool with unobstructed sunshine in the morning as well as in the afternoon. The house is equipped, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return again and recommend it to our friends.
