House On The Hill - amazing panoramic lake view

We very much enjoyed the rental of this property for the months of February and March 2020. It was clean and comfortable and able to accommodate us as well as the guests (family and friends) visiting us during that time. The house was fully stocked with all the cooking and serving utensils, housewares, a great outdoor grill, adequate bedding, outdoor furniture, fire pit and washer and dryer. All the conveniences of my own home in a fabulous location.

The 'House on the Hill' is definitely a place to consider if you are staying in Lake Havasu City. The house is outstanding, roomy, clean and beautiful. The owners had the place very clean and ready on our arrival. It is very roomy with a gigantic living area. There are games and videos plus the shuffleboard table. However, we did not have much time for these since there are so many things going on in LHC. Also, all you have to do is just sit on the living room couch or outside on the benches & chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The views from the house are spectacular.

My family stayed here last year and loved it. The owners were extremely friendly and easy to work with. The place is very open, has windows all across the front to showcase an epic view of the lake. We enjoy the winter months at Havasu because the lake is quiet and we get relax and recharge in peace. The house is close enough to restaurants, shopping etc. We will for sure be coming back in the future.

Amazing house!!. My wife and I wanted a mild climate for the winter months. We've done Havasu before, but never like this. The view from the back yard overlooking the lake was the best feature of the house. Being perched up on the hill you could see lighting shows over 20 miles away. Some of our fondest memories were sitting outside under a blanket with beverage and just quietly enjoying the view. While the view is amazing, the floor plan of this house could not be beat! Master on one side of the house, guest rooms on the other with a huge open floor plan in between. We had guest (owner approved) over the course of our stay. Everyone felt like they had their own space being on opposite sides of the house. The cooking space was generous and conversations easily flowed as everyone was going about preparing meals. Next time we’re looking for some time away from the cold winters up here we are definitely going to be coming to this house, unbelievable!

The pictures don't do this place justice. I have stayed in havasu manay times and it is really hard to find a place with a view of the lake. Nothing better than sipping wine at sunset with a view of the lake. Owner was really easy to work with and the place is in excellent condition and was very clean when we arrived. We will be back for sure. Thanks Ryan!!
