Stayed Dec 4, 2024The house is in a great location for overall stay in Sarasota downtown. It has a great set-up for entertaining and handled my family event with 14 guests with no issues. My only concern was the beds (2 doubles) were not comfortable. I would stay there again if the beds are upgraded.

Stayed May 5, 2024The owners have done a great job updating this older home. It was clean and very comfortable for our family. Nice big kitchen fully stocked for cooking in. All appliances are new and worked perfectly. My only complaint is the beds are on the firm/hard side, so if you like that, great. Otherwise my recommendation would be to ad foam mattress toppers to all beds in the home. The neighborhood is turning over. We felt safe but there are definable some homes in better shape than others.
