House near RDU and RTP with modern bathrooms and first floor bedroom

We had a great weekend. The house was centrally located to all items in the triangle. Would definitely rent again!

Great location and house.

Victoria is a great host. The house is located a quiet street that is centrally located in the Raleigh-Durham triangle. There is plenty of eating and shopping options within minutes. In addition to the central HVAC system that functions well, the prime bedroom has a split A/C unit for just that room so it is easy to set the temperature at night for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a large TV and good internet service. We had a long stay (several months) and there were a couple of issues with the house but they were addressed immediately and quickly resolved.

Quiet and secluded in upscale suburb of Raleigh. Nice furnishings and comfy beds, amazing back deck!

Close to food, shopping and entertainment. We love the Cary Tennis Park which was very close. I would recommend this property to friends.

Victoria is a very accommodating host, she stays in communication at all times and really listens to comments from her guests. This is our second stay and we are looking forward to coming back.

Our hostess, Victoria, frequently communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable. This house is roomy enough for a family, but, we prefer separate bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended stay, which this was. There is a nice deck with a roof in the back with a private, wooded view. The neighborhood is quiet and is in close proximity to shopping, greenways and parks. Morrisville is a nice place to live. Cary, Apex and Raleigh are quite nearby and the RDU airport is very close. Durham and Chapel Hill are also a short drive away.

This place was a great place to take a break and relax for a night. I would recommend to friends and family!!
