House minutes from wineries, Spire, Lake Erie, GOTL

This is the perfect place to stay in Geneva. Close to everything, well appointed, and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was beautifully-appointes, with all the comforts of home. Conveniently-located for Winery hopping and visits to GOTL, I think it's a great value and, quite honestly, one of the very nicest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in

This is a lovely property. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with appealing decor. There was one minor issue with one of the bathrooms but the owner communicated clearly about it. We weren't able to take advantage of all of the amenities (like the fire pit) because we were so busy doing things in the area. But I know if we had stayed longer we would have thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and thoughtful touches.

Owner is very responsive to any questions. The house is very nice for the little time we got to spend in it due to working the festival.

Grandmas house was wonderful, very clean. Very homey. Host was very nice. The outside could use a little TLC but overall it was a great place to stay. We will definitely stay again.

We were in town for an event, so we did not get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked to. It was perfect for our needs - thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and I met my aunt and uncle for a weekend visit. The house was very nice- clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out and visiting Geneva-on-the-Lake. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from and a nice neighborhood to walk around to “get our steps in”.

Super clean easy to access

We wanted to do a mini staycation that wasn’t too far from home to jump start our summer. This home was perfect. Cheryl got all the details right; beach towels, games, extra throw blankets, seasonings, coffee, etc. As a gardener I loved seeing she has a garden out back with a nice green tomato healthy and growing. There is no central air but air conditioning units are in each room and fans- we were comfortable. The location was close to the places we wanted to visit. Everything was clean. Check-in was flawless. No complaints. The only suggestion which isn’t a negative note at all is maybe a support bar in the tub/shower as we had our elderly mother with us and getting in and out of the tub/shower is hard, BUT the upstairs bath does have a walk in shower she just preferred the downstairs because it was roomier. All in all we would return and recommend. We traveled with a family of 5 and we had plenty of room.
