This home was very clean and cozy. Jessica was very responsive and made sure to keep us up to date on everything. My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.

This property in Sarasota is 100% a hidden gem! This home is 10 / 10 perfect! You can tell it was newly updated and they did a wonderful job. I am a very picky, high standards person and this home met everything on our list. The pictures don't even show just how much space there really is. The five of us had plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the pool, time on the patio, in the porch and in the spacious kitchen. The beds were really comfortable! The mattress was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful compliments about the host Jessica. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday while there. Jessica helped me find a bakery, Sunflower Bakes and even went to pick the cake up for me! This was above and beyond. She helped make my daughter's birthday so special. We definitely plan to return and stay at this property again!

Beautiful house in a quite neighborhood. Great place to stay! Toys for the kids. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved the location! Would definitely recommend!

Great property! The house is freshly renovated with high end finishes. The entire house is new. We enjoyed the open floor plan and well appointed kitchen. The covered porch and out door living area was perfect for my family to enjoy in the evenings. The location is convenient to the beach and all local attractions. I highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again.

Beautifully renovated home located near beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local tourist attraction. Home is totally equipped for living, entertaining, and exploring the beautiful area. Gorgeous outdoor area ( screened porch , patio and terrace are perfect or family or other groups. Hosts welcomed Im us to their beautiful pool and tiki bar. They are planning to add a pool to the property in early 2024. We will definitely revisit this amazing property.

The property is in great location.10 min to the white sand Siesta Beach and 18 min to Lido Beach. Close distance to restaurants and attractions as well as grocery stores. The house is freshly remodeled, very comfortable, fully equipped with beautifully landscaped backyard. Jessica has been super nice, responsive and made sure our stay is pleasant and enjoyable. Not to mention pool and Tiki Bar area. We had a great time! I truly recommend the property to future renters. Thank you Jessica!
