House-loft 200m from downtown with garden and free parking

Wow! Not all vrbo's are as accurate at describing the properties. This is a beautifully appointed property in a perfect spot in Beaune. Sophie was a delight and helpful. She even met us at the train station. We loved it!

Ideal vacation home, everything you need is available, with a lovely city garden, Beaune is within walking distance, and the house is ideally located for cycling along the La Voie des Vignes. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

House was spacious enough for 2 adults and the garden was a lovely space to relax. The accommodation was well stocked with kitchen items and we had everything that we could have needed. Location was great and the town is lovely, full of great shops, restaurants and the station is a short walk. Host was responsive and helpful and if we asked any questions they were quickly answered.

Very Nice House and completely private garden.

Sophie's house is very well appointed and designed. It was very clean and has a sophisticated design and aesthetic - inside and out. There is a living/dining combo, kitchen and (the only) toilet on the first floor, with spiral stairs leading to a bedroom area and loft, and a room w/ shower and sink only). All of the equipment/fixtures and appliances are recently installed or updated. Sophie was very attentive and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Stress-free check in and check out. The location and proximity to the center of Beaune could not have been better/closer - walking distance to everything in the city center.

We had a lovely time here. The entertaining space was really nice and the kitchen well stocked for what we needed. The location is great and easy to walk in to town.

Exceptionally nice property with a beautiful patio and wall to ceiling glass doors in the living room that slide open to the patio to allow the outside in. Location could not have been better. We had a car but never used it - almost everything was easily in walking distance. Sophie was a wonderful host. Will definitely return at our earliest opportunity.
