Already since 2004 I have been able to welcome you as a holiday guest in the traditional house, and therefore I know how much you feel connected to this location. So I am all the more pleased to welcome you to the new building with three separate holiday homes. Look forward to a cozy holiday home withthe best equipment - and in a lovely, familiar environment. After all, the former fishing village List with its small harbor, the old village center and the immediate proximity to the Wadden Sea is the ideal location for a leisurely break from hectic everyday life. The house offers 135 square meters of living space for up to 6 people. The comfortable accommodation integrates a generous living room as well as three bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area on the ground floor is adjoined by an open kitchen. A special feature: The accommodation is fully built on a cellar. In the basement are one of the three bedrooms, a utility room and a full bath. Two more shower rooms are located on the upper floors. The holiday home has a terrace, a garden house with bicycles and a parking space.
