House in the trees, 5 miles from Interstate 40, wild life, amazing views

This was an amazing stay! The scenic views exceeded our expectations and the area was so peaceful. Brett and Victoria also made sure the house was packed with different items to make your stay easier if you forgot anything. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to be back!

As a family of 5 this was a wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking meals. The kids also loved the games and legos to play with. The only problem we had, was not enough time to really enjoy this place. We only stayed 2 days and its all it took to fall in love with the area. We hope to visit again sooner then later and will definitely book again. The complementary snacks and water were so thoughtful and much appreciated.

The house was very clean, very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Beautiful views!! We loved it!

The house was very clean. Such a nice spot to get away. Lots of peace and quiet. Wonderful covered porch with a gate our dog loved being outside with us and we didn’t have to worry about her getting out. Thank you Victoria and Brett for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.

This beautiful home was immaculate, well stocked, in a great location in the hills above Kingman. We enjoyed the open concept and especially the perfect porch that enhanced the views of landscape and wildlife. Super comfortable furnishings added to our enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay in this house again.

This location was perfect for our UTV trip. Plenty of room to park, drive-through circle in the back and close to some really fun trails. Communication from the hosts was great.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the tree house, very quiet, serene, impeccably clean and beautiful views. Everything top notch!

A great choice for a cozy mountain getaway

This rental was stunning. It felt like home, the kitchen was large and had everything you needed. Our favorite part was the porch we sat out there to eat and watched the sunrises/sunsets. We also loved seeing all the wildlife!

The wildlife was amazing and peaceful to watch!! The stars were beautiful and bright! The water pressure in the shower was very low. The ad mentioned something that lead me to believe there was a jacuzzi hot tub but we didn’t see one. The property was clean, furniture and beds were comfy, kitchen was fully equipped and overall we had a great time! Property owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Our stay was so amazing at this beautiful place! So peaceful and comfortable away from all the noise and busy city. We loved everything about our stay and definitely want to plan on staying here in the future.
