Beautiful small house of 108m² to rent for your resting holidays, in the quiet of a dead end street, in the heart of the beautiful 'Port du Logeo', which has kept all its authenticity and charm.
Bright, renovated and clean, this charming house is 150m away from the beach of 'Kérassel' and coastal paths and a few pedal strokes of the bike path that will lead you directly to the villages of 'Brillac' (Grocery store - bread depot and bar-tobacco, sale of milk and vegetables on thefarm near by and original Irish pub), 'Arzon' or 'Sarzeau' villages to discover this beautiful peninsula of Rhuis.

On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance (with cupboard for clothes and shoes), a kitchen (with induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, small robot), a large open living room (with large wooden dining table, sofa, radio CD player, TV, wood stove and chest of drawers filled with board games), a master bedroom (with 140*200 bed and large wardrobe) and a bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find 2 single bedrooms (with bed of 90*200 and dresser), a bathroom (with shower, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet and a large mezzanine which is equipped with a desk and chair, 2 additional single beds (90*200) and 2 extra-mattresses (from 90*200 and 140*200) to potentially accommodate 3-4 additional people,
