Located in the heart of PORSGUEN, the fishing hamlet of PLOUESCAT, a charming village on the north coast of Finistère, our single-storey house with recent and modern furnishings will welcome you for a peaceful and active holiday by the sea.
A technical defect on the ABRITEL site obliges us to indicate here that we charge a deposit of 400 € paid at the start of the stay and then returned at its end.
The village of PORSGUEN offers many activities and services within walking distance (sailing school, harbor, beaches, restaurants, bars, food).
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate 5 people: one bedroom has a large double bed and the other has 2 single beds, one of which is a trundle.
To welcome your young children, we provide you with a travel cot, a high chair and a suitable bathtub.
The large living / dining / kitchen area is open to the terrace to provide a comfortable and well-equipped living space. Wifi is at your disposal.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen accessories and small and large appliances (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer combination, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle). The dishwasher will save you precious time. We leave at your disposal small kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, dishwashing liquid, sponge, ...).
In the living room, there is the L-shaped convertible sofa and a large TV.
The dining room has an extendable table. The terrace is equipped with a parasol, a garden table, sun loungers and a Weber barbecue for your grilling.
The house has an equipped bathroom (including a hairdryer) with a bathtub. Separate toilets are available.
The house is equipped with a garage to accommodate a vehicle.
1 or 2 other vehicles can be parked outside, as well as nautical equipment on trailers.
The garden is fenced.

    Lovely house, lovely private garden. Just a short walk to the beach and the harbour. Something going on every day. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. All good and dog friendly. An excellent base for exploring.
