Newly built house with differentiated architecture, inaugurated in December 2015. Double-right foot in the room and rooms, windows and panoramic doors with wooden frames and glass, super airy with natural ventilation, mezzanine with futon-armchairs, equipped with TV and Wi-fi. American kitchen with Brastemp cooktop and tower embedded taken. All 5 bedrooms equipped with box bed, super silent ceiling fan with timer, regulation of light and balconies with hammock. There are 3 full bathrooms - both on the upper and lower floors we have two bedrooms served by a full bathroom, and in addition, there is another bedroom at the back with a full bathroom next door), and in the living room there is even a toilet in the living room. On the outside: large garden, barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor shower, equipped laundry, access gate with remote control and intercom, all for your comfort during your stay. The house is 300 meters from the beach of Pernambuco, the best of the island. Beach Features: left: surf / middle and right: great for children, snorkeling, stand-up, banana boating, fishing. We are close to the Sofitel Jequitimar hotel which has great options of food, ice cream, pharmacy, shops and the super-market Sugar Loaf. We are also just 500 m from the Guarujá Golf Club, a heavenly place for rest, leisure or even a relaxed meal. The surrounding streets are calm, and great for a walk walk in the shadows of the trees.
The property is also a few miles from several other special beaches: Enseada (banana boat, sea slide, stand-up, boat and boat rentals) Iporanga, São Pedro and Tijucopava (all with entry control, fine white sand) and Perequê, a traditional stronghold of fishermen caiçaras, with its charming boats by the sea and many typical restaurants of fish and seafood, such as the famous Rancho da Alegria.
If you want sophistication and refinement in cuisine: Dalmo Bárbaro, Rufino and Joca are great options near the property.
