    Mercedes is a very nice Person. Her House is very beautiful and it is a quite Place but near the city Center. Stunning view to the sea. We highly recommend her House.

    This is the best house we have ever stayed in abroad with everything we could have possibly required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation is spacious, beautifully maintained and modern with wonderful views across the countryside to the sea. The seven (seven!!) outside areas are lovely and we hardly used the living/dining room although, had the weather not been as lovely, we would still have had plenty of room. The pool area is very pleasant and not too crowded. Mercedes is nearby if needed and communication - through the magic of Google Translate - was fast and easy. The house is in a quiet area on the edge of town, a 15 minute stroll to the busy centre and the beach but much nearer the closest supermarket. Parking close to the house is easy. We were so happy here, we have already booked to return next year. Thank you Mercedes!

    The property is in a great location giving fantastic views of the coastline from any of the 7 outside areas. The lovely owner Mercedes is on hand if needed for advice on the property and local facilities, restaurants etc . The house was very clean and furnished to a very high standard with extremely comfortable beds, good air conditioning and good outside furniture. Conil is an amazing holiday destination - truly Spanish with a really beautiful sandy beach, and a great selection of restaurants and tapas bars. Thank you Mercedes for allowing us to stay in your property, this was one of our best holidays ever and we hope to return soon. Many thanks from Glenn, Mary and Esme

    This is a lovely property on the outskirts on Conil, ideal for a relaxing and quiet holiday; it's spacious and comfortable with really fabulous sea views to enjoy and in a quiet neighbourhood. Mercedes and her husband Juan Carlos were on hand and easily contactable for any help needed. As mentioned in the description, the house is on three floors, with the roof terrace on the fourth floor and access to the pool - which is in a pleasant garden - also involves a lot of steps, something to bear in mind if anyone in your party has limited mobility. Conil is a charming town, lots of great fish and seafood restaurants and shops and a small seafront market, without being overly commercialised or touristy. There are many really good beaches around to enjoy, sandy and spacious; and other interesting towns and places of interest to visit if you have a car. We'd certainly return to Conil, it has a lot to offer.

    We stayed 8 days in this place, and loved every minute of it! The location is great for both getting out and exploring the area and for walking into town for dinner. The condo has everything you will need and then some! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

    I travelled down to Conil after a city break in Seville, for a week at the beach with my husband and two teenage sons in late July. This property is just fabulous, very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. There are at least 6 terraces/balconies, with sun and shade at different times of the day. It is incredibly comfortable and everything is very well laid out and organised. We used the pool, which was pretty quiet even in July, on most days and found the garden and surroundings just great. Mercedes and her husband were very kind and generous to us during our stay and communication was very good, despite my extremely poor Spanish! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property - 5 stars ***** all the way!! Thank you Mercedes - a wonderful summer holiday to remember ?
