House of 2 floors, 500 m² of built area, located in one of the most beautiful and reserved beach of the North coast, inside a wooded condominium, common green area and with tennis court: Praia de Guaecá! Located 15 meters away from the sand.
There are 6 suites with air conditioning, 1 master suite with hydro, 2 suites with double bed, 1 bedroom with triliche and single bed, 1 bedroom with two triliches, 1 suite on the ground floor with a double bed and single bed and 1 reversible maid suite, which provide the highest comfort for 18 people. Large pool with waterfall, whirlpool and wooden deck with sun loungers, next to a barbecue and pizza oven. In addition to the ground floor balcony, there is a balcony with a beautiful top view of the sea. Both have networks.

There is also a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, a microwave and a 6-burner stove.

In addition, large dining rooms, living with TV, fireplace and games room.

It also has laundry area with washing machine and covered clothesline, as well as external.

Garage for up to 6 large cars, 3 covered spaces.

I only rent my house with the services of my housekeeper who is responsible for cleaning, caring for the pool and helping with the kitchen. Her services are called laundry services. For a group of over 12 people, I recommend hiring an additional cleaning lady, which I can arrange
