This timber-framed house, literally perched on one of the highest dunes, overlooking the entire neighbourhood, from the forest to the sea, will charm up to 8 people.
After climbing the steps (32) perfectly integrated into the landscape leading to the house, you will enter a comfortable living room, completely open onto the terrace.It comprises a lounge area with WiFi, board games and wood-burning stove, a dining area overlooking the terrace and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. An adjoining utility room is available, with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and storage space.
On the night side, you will find 2 double bedrooms (2x140) and a bedroom with a detachable pull-out bed that cannot be aligned (2x90). Upstairs, another double bedroom (1x160) with sea view. A bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet complete this holiday rental.
For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, a parasol, a high chair and a travel cot are provided.
You will enjoy a small lookout for two people located at the top of the dune and can park up to 2 cars at the foot of the house.
Due to its privileged setting, in order to protect the dune, we inform you that it is strictly forbidden to dig or run in the sandy areas of the property.
