Stayed May 23, 2022We stayed at Houlgate with a group of 8 as a fallout base to make multiple cycling tours. On arrival we were welcomed by very sympathetic hosts and showed around the house. It was very(!) clean and tidy. Not only the house surprised us, but also the garden is big and nice to spend the afternoon. If not spending the afternoon in the garden, we went to the beach that is only 800 meters from the house. Only negative point is that there is only one shower (and a bath) that was just enough/ too little for a group of 8. The house having a garage and second living space is a very welcome extra. We can only recommend this if you wish to stay in the area! 10/10
