Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sorry, only english: The house is in a propper condition and everything is like the discription, we got. It is very well located, in a very lovely part of Dinard, quiet, but not to far from the Center and has an own little beach near by. Fabrice, the owner, is very friendly and offers a perfect Service to his customers. We stood there with eight people, two couples and two children each, and everyone was happy about the time we shared there. Especially the great Terrasse to the south is a great place to be. It is possible to reach some Restaurants by feet, especially one in the neighberhood, which offers good quality and hospitality. We had a great time and will come back for shure in future.
