Come and discover the Coast of legends in a really comfortable house, very close to the lighthouse of the virgin island!

Ideal location: quiet area in 'Lilia', near small shops, restaurants / crêperie, lighthouse, dunes and family beaches (all 300m away on foot)! Town center 3 km away (supermarket, bank, etc.)

The house offers maximum comfort and unlimited internet access. The decoration is sober and neat (cocooning atmosphere).

Ground floor: entrance via small veranda, fully equipped kitchen (new and quality appliances), dining room, living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi equipment, WC, attractive double bedroom with 140x190 bed and large closet / wardrobe + private bathroom with shower and sink.

Upstairs: large double bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with sink, WC and shower cubicle 90 x 90 cm, spacious mezzanine with 2 beds (pull-out / pull-out bed) for children / teenagers.

The house offers a lot of space, it is bright, warm and pleasant to live in all seasons. The beds are comfortable and of good quality. New electric heating.

Outside: gravelled courtyard, large enclosed garden (lawn) 450m2 with garden furniture for 6 people, parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers with mattress, linen room (new washing machine) / shoe room.

Baby equipment: high chair, deckchair, changing mat, high quality travel cot, bath, potty, barrier at the top of the stairs.

Indoor leisure: Games / dvds / books for young and old.
Outdoor leisure: 4 Bikes (Man and woman) + baby seat + 3 children bikes 14/16/20 inches. Outdoor toys provided (ball / beach games or fishing / etc.). Children's swing + 1 baby swing.

    Beautifully clean house with everything you could possibly need. Host very helpful and accommodating. Location perfect, just a five minute walk to sea front, with several restaurants in immediate vicinity. Coastline totally unspoilt with endless walks - absolutely breathtaking views. Highly recommend this property and location.

    This was a wonderful week. The house was beautifully maintained, perfectly clean and ideally placed for access to the Brittany peninsula. Lilia is a lovely little town with 10 minutes to get to Plouguerneau meant that all the normal utilities and shops were close by. Bikes, helmets and a child seat were also available as well as the amenities advertised and the care and attention from Celine meant that we have had a fantatstic stay. Lots of thanks on behalf of all us.
