Located on a quiet street just a stone's throw from Les Halles (Tuesday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.), the market (Thursday and Saturday mornings), the tourist office and Frontignan train station (5 minutes on foot), this 60m² house has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Ideal for a family, a couple or a group of friends who want to explore the region while enjoying the comfort of a quiet and functional place, the house has the following rooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190);
- One bedroom with a single bed (90x190);
- A living room with a high-quality sofa bed (140x190), TV and dining table;
- A modern bathroom with toilet;
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine) opening onto the living room;
- A large dressing room for storing your belongings;
- A private courtyard with table and gas barbecue.

The accommodation also has a washing machine and a clothes horse.

- 5 minutes' walk from Frontignan train station (direct connections to Sète,
- Montpellier, etc.);
- 10 minutes from Sète by car and 20 minutes from Montpellie.

Parking: Free parking spaces are available nearby. There are two small free car parks opposite the house. If there are no spaces available, you can park temporarily in front of the house on arrival to unload your luggage and shopping.

There are large free car parks in the town centre (5 minutes' walk from the house: Plan du Bassin, 34110 Frontignan).

The house is non-smoking. You can smoke or vape outside, in the courtyard or on the street.

Animals are not permitted.

You will have full use of the house.

Please note: The house has two floors. The bedroom with a single bed is located on the second floor and is not suitable for very young children for safety reasons.

The ground floor and first floor are air-conditioned. The second floor has a window and a fan to keep you cool.
