Cozy and airy house in small condominium with swimming pool, barbecue, sauna, wood oven.
Own parking (2 cars) and security.
Four suites, toilet, living room, American kitchen, area and balcony with barbecue. Fully equipped. Accommodates up to 10 people. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all suites.
The house is very close to the beach Geribá, only 1 block and a half.
I rent only for families.

New Year's Eve: 1500 reais (minimum of 7 days)
