Perfect location. Angie & CJ were awesome hosts, and communicated with us throughout our stay.
Wonderful location in the heart of Cooperstown/Baseball HOF! Afffordable and nice hotel but simple. Worth the experience!
Short walk to Baseball Hall of Fame, restaurants, bars and shops. Comfortable stay in a quaint but cool little town.
Perfect location! Convenient, clean and lived up to expectations.
We came to Cooperstown for the Baseball Hall of Fame and quickly fell in love with it for other reasons. Our Hotel Pratt location was right behind an historic tavern and across from other historically interesting buildings. The history here is a huge bonus if you are coming for the Baseball Hall of Fame. Prepare to see more than Baseball history. Our host was quickly available if I had a question and very gracious. Highly recommended.
This is exactly as pictured and advertised. It is a block from the Baseball Hall of Fame and plenty of eateries! It was so convenient to have a prime spot in the middle of Cooperstown! We were within walking distance to the Otsego Resort. We had a wonderful visit with great recommendations for food from the owner! Thanks!
Just as advertised, great location close to everything
Well represented in the listing and convenient to all Cooperstown attractions. Easy and responsive communications with the hosts.
Although the owners/ managers respond quickly there is no front desk or in person communication. Great location. There is SOME parking. If the lot is full the managers have to ask people who are not supposed to park there to move their cars. NO USB ports. Shower is a power washer. All pressure very little water. Very dim lighting. Narrow hallways and steps, not very good for older or handicapped. Again great location but otherwise had more of a rooming house feel than a hotel.
