This is a ground-floor unit—no stairs at all.

No parking is provided, but there is street parking and multiple paid parking options nearby.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for $10/hour, up to 2 hours, subject to availability (covers express cleaning).

We offer a seamless, private, and guest-led stay. Our friendly guest services team is available nearly 24/7 to assist with anything you may need—whether it’s help with check-in, recommendations on what to do in the city, or troubleshooting appliances.

Urban Lane Location
This studio is located right on Sugarloaf Lane, a pedestrian laneway in the CBD. Expect some foot traffic and the typical sounds of people passing by.

Parking
There is no allocated parking. Nearby there is street parking (timed) and multiple paid parking buildings.


⏳ Early/Late Options
Early check-ins and late check-outs available for $10/hour (max 2 hours), subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Please note: when showering you will need to close the bathroom door and turn on the extractor fan. Failure to do so will result in the fire alarm being set off for the entire development; forcing a full evacuation. The Fire Brigade will need to access the building to turn off the alarm, and any resulting charges will be passed on to you
