Stayed Nov 14, 2025Great house with lots of extra amenities. The backyard was perfect for kids and there were toys, books, pack and play, and high chair inside as well. Location is perfect! Very close to the square. We didn’t actually use the hot tub so no reviews there.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025Lovely home. Great decor. Felt very cozy and it was close enough for us to ebike to pretty much all the trails we wanted to go to. My kids said if/when we come back they want to stay at the exact same house.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and great hot tub and pool table for relaxing evenings. We walked all over Bentonville from this home base. Highly recommended for a small family wanting to catch a concert at the Momentary, go visit the farmers market, or just bike around town.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Even though there was an issue with hottub, the house was great! The kids lived the pool table and foosball table. Easy access to all the fun in Bentonville and Rogers! Oh, and the beds were so comfy!
