Beautiful location, house was great. Sad we couldn’t have a fire on Christmas but it was warm enough not to need it

This house has generous indoor and outdoor space and entertainment options for large groups where people of all ages can either congregate together in the grand room or can divide up into smaller groups indoors or outdoors. The space is also comfortable for large dogs in the mix.

DONT STAY HERE. The House was filthy, there were no towels for anyone, no trash bags, the garage stunk like something died in it. The gutters fell off and almost hit one of the kids. Random “property helpers” tried to walk into the house without permission to get supplies, with no notice. Over all the house made our trip a horrible experience.

Lovely place but needs some TLC

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with everything. The house itself was amazing and very clean. It was more spacious than the photos conveyed. The property manager Leslie was incredibly responsive to any questions leading up to our trip. She greeted us at the property and was incredibly friendly and just wanted us to enjoy our weekend. She addressed any concerns we had during our stay very promptly. The hot tub was great! The outdoor area was perfect for our large group! The pool liner was coming loose but it didn't deter us from having a great time! The dock area was nice with the water up and provided all day entertainment. This was a great place for Grand Lake getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

This house fit our family perfectly. Stocked with all the essentials and more. Would definitely come back!

We loved the space, everyone had their own room. The boys loved the game room, they had their own man cave for 4 nights. The swing was my daughter's favorite. Such great views of the lake.

If you have a large group looking for a place for a get together this is the place. Check in / check out is a breeze due to the coded entry. The house was very clean and well equipped, The kitchen had everything needed for cooking large meals and there is plenty of seating for everyone to be at a table. The Viking cookware was a nice surprise.. The sleeping arrangements work great especially if you have a couple of families with a bunch of kids lol!! The actual bedroom beds were comfortable. The kids loved the game room and especially the big screen TV for their video games. The property is very beautiful and well kept. The lake views from the deck are awesome. We didn't need or use the boat dock as lake stuff wasn't on the agenda this trip but it is very nice and if we ever go back in season we will definitely take the boat and take advantage of a great perk.. Our host Leslie was great, she was very accessible and eager to answer any questions and let us know that if we needed anything at all to just let her know.I would have no problems at all staying here again or recommending it to those considering a stay here..

Great house with lots of space wonderful views . Does have a few broken bar stools, pool table has a broken leg . Someone fell out of one of them. All in all we had a wonderful weekend retreat for our employees.

Had a great time on this trip. Booked the house for a week while we fished the national championship on grand lake. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of room for a larger group of people in this house with plenty to do! Unfortunately we spent a lot of time out on the water which was what we came to do. the house was primarily an evening hangout and to sleep in/make dinner. The hot tub was great! Location of house was great. Driveway is long enough for multiple vehicles and can put vehicles in the garage as well. Owner kept in great contact with us. (For those staying with a boat the driveway was long enough to fit the truck and trailer). It is slightly difficult to back in a trailer due to a fence on the other side of the road, however we managed just fine and that was not the owners fault. Furniture and appliances have been updated and would gladly stay again when coming back to the grove Oklahoma area. House is about 15 minutes away from wolf creek boat launch, which was perfect for us.

House was big enough to sleep all family members. Fire pit was great on the deck for s’mores. Could have been a little cleaner as far as a lot of spiders and webs. Game room was good. Some games were not balanced like the pool table and the table shuffleboard. Spa was a little dirty. Great location. Pool was great. Check in and out process was very easy. Overall good place for a getaway.

This property surpassed expectations! It is a beautiful home with lots of amenities in a beautiful area, close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.Indoors was very clean and updated with nice decor! Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of room for 16 people ranging in age from 0-67. Kitchen was equipped with basics. Double fridge was great! It would have been nice to have a shower in the hall bath since you had to go through someones bedroom to get to the other two. We were all family but if travelling with friends the bathroom situation might be a little awkward. Outdoor area was nice as well. The deck had really nice seating with room for everyone and the hot tub was a big hit! Prior to our arrival I asked about the grill and the host said she would make sure the propane tanks were full. We used it several times with no problems. The swimming pool was large and clean with a picnic table, lounge chairs and a few floats. We had two boats with us with plenty of room at dock. Lots of room to park vehicles and boat trailers. The boat ramp was just a short drive away. We had taken a paddle boat and kayaks along but weren't able to use them because there wasn't an easy entry point on the property and the water wasn't really an area that we felt comfortable allowing the kids to kayak or paddle boat on their own. This in no way ruined our vacation, just mentioning to save someone the trouble of hauling extras. Entry to this property was problem free and the contact host easily accessible. I can definitely recommend without hesitation.

This house was wonderful for our family stay! The house was very clean and ready for our arrival, and the few questions we had were quickly answered with a phone call. We cook when we gather, and found the kitchen well-stocked and easy to use. The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. The downstairs playroom was ideal for our teenagers and there were perfect spots to hang as a family AND to find a moment alone. We would definitely use this property again!!!

We were unable to reach our guest contact on arrival or the following day. We got voicemail but mailbox was full so couldn’t leave a message. We spent an afternoon cleaning! Cookware and some dishes were put away with dried food on them so we needed to wash dishes before using. We called the Evolve main number since 2 days into our trip we still hadn’t been able to reach our property contact. I advised them of several things that needed to be repaired. A housekeeping person did call back but we had already cleaned so we told them they weren’t needed. It is a very nice house. Plenty of room for our family and a nice quiet location. Well stocked and comfortable Pool was very nice for the kids which they enjoyed. The dock area was unusable for any water activities. The lower walk out area and exercise room was filthy. The house has plenty of possibilities but needs to be better kept.

This house very spacious but upon arrival, the pool table was broke two legs on the pool table were broke. We had to try to rig it up just to play on it throughout the week and the shovel board is screwed to the wall crooked so that’s pointless. The house and property is great. The games not so much.

Great property! Very spacious and serene. Had a few minor issues upon check in but the owner was super quick to resolve them and even offered us a free night! Owner went above and beyond to check with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. Our teenage boys had a great time and so did we! Would definitely stay again!
