Stayed Feb 19, 2022Very nice and clean! It had everything we needed. The home was very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were soft and the bathrooms were stocked very well.The kitchen was great and well supplied with nice table ware, cook ware and utensils. The outdoor patio was very comfortable on the few days it was warm while we were here. It was close to downtown and off-road trails. Thank you Lexis and Zach for sharing your wonderful home!

Stayed Nov 9, 2021This is a great house. It is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are over the top comfortable allowing for a good night sleep. Communication was very good with response within an hour whenever we had questions or needed to correspond. One downside to mention…The listing photos show covered RV/boat parking which we wanted when booking this property. Upon arrival the cover is no longer there it has been removed. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Havasu.

Stayed Nov 25, 2020We thought the house was wonderfully decorated ~ very tasteful & attractive, with plenty of comfortable sitting spaces both inside & outside. The beds are super plush & the bedding is soft. The location is convenient to tons of attractions & shopping, so we never had to drive a lot. There are bunnies that come through the yard, which we really enjoyed seeing. Some amenities are very thoughtful ~ there was Saran wrap, foil, & tupperware for us to use, & the pots & pans all looked new & very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay & will keep this property in mind for future visits.
