The exterior of this large East Gulf Beaches vacation home offers a covered entry, private pool with resort style seating, 6-person hot tub, outdoor fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold), park-style grill and a fish cleaning station with running water.
Taking the stairs to the first floor you will find a living area that offers comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with Cable and access to the first floor deck. The SW facing king master features a jetted tub and direct access to the 1st floor deck. The SE facing bunk room offers a flat screen TV with Cable, two bunk beds (2 single/double), direct access to the outdoor deck and shared access to the hall bath.
This floor also has a washer/dryer.
In order to maximize the views, the main communal living areas are on the second floor where you are greeted by a large open living/dining/kitchen area with a light and bright beach decor. The living area features a large flat screen Smart TV with DVD and a modern and comfortable L-shaped sofa.
From the living area you can access the deck area which offers outdoor dining for 4, rocking chairs and views to the Gulf.
The indoor dining area features a farm-style table that seats 6 comfortably. There is additional seating for 4 at the open breakfast bar that looks directly into the well-equipped kitchen. The modern kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and views to the rest of the communal living space.
On this floor is a SE facing king master bedroom that features a marine blue accent wall and direct access to the outdoor deck. This floor also offers a half bath for guest convenience.
