Stayed May 24, 2024We had 9 guests (grandparents, parents, and five kids ages 9-16). There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything you could possibly need available in the home. The decor is so cozy, unique, and comfortable. There are cute and fun little details everywhere. The hot tub is huge and has LED lights and lots of jets (kids loved this). There’s a big yard to play in, quiet neighborhood roads to walk, a game room with something for everyone, and located minutes to downtown North Conway. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cozy and beautiful. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area. The whole house was very clean. The property management is responsive and helpful. Check-in info was provided with plenty of time before our trip, and host responded quickly and kindly when we had questions. Five stars and highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The property in Glen was exactly what we were looking for after a long day on the river. Quiet, accommodating and plenty of room for everyone. Everything we could have needed was provided and the owner was extremely receptive. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 26, 2022We enjoyed our stay at the home. It may be better suited for a winter rental only because the AC units were only in the upstairs bedrooms. Kids loved the home with the hot tub and playroom in the basement. When you drive up the home's exterior is a little alarming, but the inside of the home is absolutely inviting and well kept. The biggest issue is really the communication with the company that handles the reservation. They are horrible. Never answers a question and waits last minute to send instructions. I had to pretend to be a new reservation request to get them to contact me back. Owners would benefit from posting the house rules and departure expectations.

Stayed Jun 20, 2022This is a direct quote from the Vrbo description of this property: Sitting amongst the trees in the mountains, come and breath in the fresh air while you relax on your private deck. Make some White Memories you will never forget. Also highlighted in the description: SECLUDED-HOT TUB. The private deck described was completely and utterly infested with gypsy moth caterpillars and the spaces that were not covered with caterpillars were covered with caterpillar poop. Caterpillars on the walls, the window sills, the handrails, falling from the trees onto our heads and shoulders, and yes, caterpillars inside on the couch, etc.. We even managed to bring some home in our luggage and inside our vehicle. As far as enjoying our private deck that was made impossible by the caterpillars, oh, and the Kabota mini bulldozer that cranked up a little after 7 AM and proceeded to move rocks and gravel for several hours until we finally left at about 10:30. The HOT TUB highlighted in the headline for this property was dirty, low on water and foamy from lack of proper care. The upstairs toilet did not function properly and the downstairs bathroom had an enormous spider living in it. The interior accommodations were actually quite nice but lacked attention to detail especially with the insect issues but with some care I could see this place being a great place to stay. It's understandable that the hosts can't control nature but they can offer a warning about the fact that landscaping and construction would be taking place early in the within 50 to a hundred feet of the property, and of course the caterpillars. A discount under the circumstances would have been appreciated. We definitely left with our own White Mountain Memories, just not the ones we and our family visiting from San Diego had anticipated.
