Hot tub, Outdoor Fireplace, 10-min Walk to Main St

This house was just the cutest thing. It had everything we needed. Our stay was perfect!!!

We had a great time! The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside in the evening and we were close to Main Street. We would definitely book here again.

Clean & comfortable house. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fireplace and the hot tub.

House was well set up and comfortable. Weather was great and enjoyed the patio a bit.

The area on front porch and hot tub had many leaves and we would have liked access to a broom to have swept off the debris. The home was nice and clean. Could have used some kitchen staples such as foil and food wrap. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well and they were needing to be died before returning to the cupboards. Suggest hooks or towel racks for bath towels.

It was a nice place and good location. Bathroom situation was a little odd but worked and a few dead bugs, likely from recent treatment.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend, and will be back if I ever visit Fredricksburg again!

This place was perfect for us. However, paying 105 for some lunch meat and crackers was a bit ridiculous. This was an extra add-on charcuterie board, but was not what we were expecting. I could’ve bought everything on that plate for about 15 bucks. My advice don’t buy the add-ons.

Great location close to Main Street. Everything was as expected with only issues being under filled hot tub with waterlogged cover and a charcoal grill that had seen its better days to say the least. I am sure these are on the shortlist for replacement and will add to the enjoyment

Needed ceiling fan in bedrooms and second tv

Lovely property however the trundle beds were hard to manage. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect. nice neighborhood and good walkability to Main Street. The trundle need room could have used a fan. It got quite stuffy.

The house suited our needs for a weekend away but it could use some ceiling fans (especially when it gets hotter) as it gets very hot and stuffy. The cleanliness was fine. It could use extra wine glasses and other kitchen items, but we managed. We did find it odd that shampoo and body wash was supplied but not conditioner, everyone uses conditioner. The couch in the living room clearly needs to be replaced and better pillows on the bed would be good too. Honestly, these are small things to mention but when you say you have everything for a perfect stay, then you should have everything. Otherwise, the hot tub was great, the location was good, not the worst stay.

This property is exceptionally clean and decor is super cute ... great for girls trip. Outdoor area was a great place to sit and unwind. Our only negative was in the kitchen equipment, could use a few more utensils and pots and pans.

We loved staying close to main st.The communication with the hosts was quick and professional! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect!! Everything was great even the super comfortable beds. The hot tub area was so nice and the fireplace outside was great!! Checking in and out was so easy.

Bright my daughter and her friend, my best friend, and mom and her best friend for a weekend in F-burg to shop, hike the Rock, and a private wine tasting at Slate Theory. Great trip! The house was perfect! Love the location, decor, size…and giant pecans in the yard! Highly recommend for a group of 6-8!

Everything was east. The communication was quick and clear. The house was clean as was the rest of the property. It’s a short walk (and even shorter drive) to Main St. The house is in a residential neighborhood so nights were quiet.
