    Lovely property felt virtually new. Host was excellent at communication. Hot tub was a well appreciated bonus. Note there is road noise in the primary bedroom from a four way stop on edge of the property. The noise was not an issue for us.

    We stayed there for a friend’s wedding, which was just down the road the pavilion. We were able to walk everywhere. The location was beautiful very clean with a nice hot tub on the roof

    We loved our stay here! The house is lovely, it’s in great shape, and it’s in a great location. We could easily walk or drive to the things we wanted to do in Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge. We would definitely stay here again!

    Location is awesome here- so walkable to many restaurants and close to the bike trails. Fishing is super close too. Home was beautiful and we really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub area.
