Hot Tub on Roofdeck

The host was amazing, the hot tub was awesome, and the house is immaculate! 10/10!

Would not recommend in the winter time or with a large group. The 17 count is assuming 2 people share every bed, building is narrow so there is no room for air mattresses. 1 king downstairs, both bunk beds on story 2, the last king on story 3, and the roof on story 4Was informed 2 days prior to check in the last people who stayed told then the hot tub was not heating. They DID say that they could refund the stay, but 2 days prior for a group of 16 people there was nothing available for less than what we paid for this several months in advance. If it had been as soon as the complaint came in it might have been possible to book the one we were looking at without a hot tub for 1000 less. I had to ask them to waive of the early check in fee which wasn’t a Vrbo fee but a separate cashapp/venmo/zelle feeWhen we arrived there was trash in the trash can and recycling. Looked like the owner’s mail in the trash and a few bottles and cans in the recycling. A storm had hit the night before and everything was iced over. Sent owner a message because that made the fire pit on the roof just as unusable as the hot tub (another amenity down) and the outside unsafe as smoking area in general asking for a slight refund, and was told they can’t do anything and I could leave if I were unhappy, but they would send their house cleaner to throw salt on it. The storm was on the forecast, they should have had their cleaner take care of the trash and salt everything before we got there.

We had a great stay here! The host was amazing and responded to all of our questions immediately! Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was just as the listing showed it. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Philadelphia. Great place to stay.

We had an awesome time in Philly. The property was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and lots of great amenities. Off street parking was a great bonus too. 10 out of 10.

Everything about the property was beautiful and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Easy to manage and clean. Owner was very helpful friendly, and communicative.

The place is very modern in an area slowly becoming gentrified. Easy entry and the place is huge. Lots of stairs! But worth the awesome view from the rooftop. The host said the hot tub would take 3-5 hours to heat up but with the outside temp being what it was when we arrived it took around 8 hours and we were ready for bed by that point. Also it said the hot tub water was past due for changing which made us cringe a bit. You could tell the house hadn't been professionally cleaned or used in awhile but overall the place was clean. Nice big flatscreens in each room and very comfy beds. If it weren't for the hottub not being ready util after midnight and warning that water was passed due to be changed, this would be a 5 star spot!

Perfect location. Amazing host. All aspects of listing were accurate. Great place for larger family gathering.
