Kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything imaginable except, oddly enough, a griddle and large pots (only 1). Excellent spice selection but no basics such as ketchup, mustard, syrup, and the like. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms and neighborhood quiet. Parking is a little challenging with multiple SUVs due to a narrow area to turn around. Nice hot tub and sauna which, unfortunately, we didn't get to use much. Chicken coop in back yard which was an unpleasant surprise given that we had a service animal who could not be let out to exercise in the nice back yard.

Fantastic place! The house was in a great spot too with a great community and the distance to a lot of different places was perfect. Also really appreciated some of the cabinets and plugs baby proofed. They also had a high chair, great living room and the little gym was enough to get the job done.

Great property. Large and able to spread out and relax. Easy drive to Golden, Manitou Springs and Red Rock. Very clean, spacious and well equipped.

Our stay was very comfortable and homey. The house had EVERYTHING. The fenced in yard was perfect for our golden retriever. The bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were comfortable! We didn’t want for anything!

Great location to Red Rocks, downtown Denver, and Idaho Springs. The house was perfect for our family- lots of room and the host was very responsive. Will stay again!

We had 7 adults and it was so comfortable for us. Great location and great home. We’d definitely stay again.

I didn't realize the bedrooms were upstairs. Thank goodness there was one bedroom downstairs as I could not go up the stairs. Just wish the tub in the bathroom across my bedroom had safety bars to get in and out and a raised toilet. Those items seem to be in more and more and make it so much easier for those of us who are no longer young and agile.

The house is walking distance from the campus and was spacious for our needs (5 adults). The outdoor area was a real plus. So nice to have morning coffee and nightly drinks on the patio in the cool Colorado summer weather. We had a nice opportunity to meet the owner. He gave us a beautiful big zucchini from his garden which we grilled that night for supper!

We checked with the owners and were able to have our daughter’s roommates and their parents over for a dinner. We had plenty of room and greatly enjoyed out time. Our daughter greatly enjoyed the chickens in the back yard.
