    Fantastic place to stay! Perfect, quiet location and a short drive to downtown Asheville. The house is well equipped and having a garage with an EV charger was a definite plus. Highly recommend!

    Overall, we had a very lovely stay here. However, as the initial tranquility faded, I couldn’t stop thinking how some rugs and/or wall decor used more consistently through the house would make it warmer and help sound travel less easily. GORGEOUS view from primary bedroom, though I’d recommend getting rid of the dresser (the house has fantastic closet space) and add a small seating area.

    The house itself is amazing. Clean, spacious, and great outdoor space. The bedrooms were exactly as described and common areas were great for hanging out. The outdoor space was also very nice - the back deck very comfortable and a nice flat area of the driveway where we could place some cornhole (we brought our own). Property manager was responsive and very helpful. We ended up booking white water rafting off their recommendation and had a blast. Downtown is a short drive away.

    Tucked away right outside downtown Asheville, this spot was perfect for my friends to gather. Ample driveway, flat enough of a backyard for outdoor games, we used the kitchen and grill to make meals. Silverware and plates are all in increments of 8 and with only a small skillet provided, we purchased an additional larger one for pancakes. It would have been nice to have some extra towels. This location seems perfect for 1 - 2 families to get away, with child locks on closets and some gates provided.

If you are taking kids on vacation like us this is the place to stay, it has bunk beds and child locks all over. Overall we loved this place and will definitely come back.
