The property was very nice, clean and a great location.

Very nicely furnished lakeside cabin, with a fairly easy to navigate dock. Just be aware of the stairs if you're carrying a lot down.

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property. The home made for a very comfortable stay for our family of 4 & our dogs. We couldn't have been more conveniently located on the lake. Our hosts were very responsive & thoughtful.

We had a lovely time! The owners were helpful when we had questions. Enjoyed swimming by the dock, sitting in the hot tub, and resting inside. Used a lot of mosquito repellant. The home was clean and had a nice option of cooking pots/pans and spices available. The home has a bunkbed and three other beds, full size or larger for a total of 4 bedrooms. However, to get downstairs to the fourth bedroom and game room, you need to go outside, which is not great when it is raining.

Highly recommend! Very clean and very peaceful location. We loved our stay!

Nestled in a quiet cove just minutes from Mitchell’s Point Marina, this lakefront property offered everything we needed. Two levels allowed privacy for us and our adult son. Breakfast on the deck, a dock for our boat, hot tub to close out the day and comfortable beds. The property was just as advertised and communication with the owners was timely and attentive. Smith Mountain Lake offers such beauty with the clear water & beautiful mountain scapes. Bruno’s is a must for a delicious meal and such amazing owners and staff. Boating, golf, and wonderful family time. We will be back.

We had the very best time here! Everything was super clean and the location is the definition of perfect. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. We loved it so much we extended our stay! Thank you Laurie for letting us stay at your lake cottage, we will definitely be back!

This is the best place to stay. Its so peaceful. Needed that recharge and the reconnecting with my husband. This is the place to stay.

This place ia AMAZING!!!! Its so qiute back here and the veiw of the cove is beautiful. A hot cup of coffee on the dock watching the sun rise. Beautiful. Boat rentals on the lake. Fishing great but a hard lake to fish. I think i may move up here from Northern Virginia

Bugs were bad couldn’t be outside. Limited supplies available. Otherwise clean.

Had a great extended weekend here. Property was exactly as described. Loved the hot tub and proximity to the lake. I noticed the AC wasn't working properly our first morning there and the owner had someone repairing it before noon. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful getaway on the lake. Very responsive host that clearly cares about their home. Would definitely book again!

The cabin was very clean, true to the listening and the homeowners were very nice.

This vacation was on short notice. The owner of the property was very accommodating. The property and amenities were great. I would definitely recommend and will try and rebook at a later date

My family and I stayed here for a long Memorial Day weekend. It was clean, and so welcoming. The lake is beautiful and we loved being able to fish and jump in from the dock. The hot tub was amazing and clean. We had the best time and loved every bit of our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!
