Hot Tub & Deck: Pet-Friendly Home in Payson

The sunroom is a great hangout spot and so is the hot tub. Only complaint is the cleanliness. The floor were absolutely littered with crumb and dust bunnies. The microwave was very dirty. The stairs between floors will be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. I fell down the stairs while carrying our baby. Definitely not a baby friendly setup. Too many knick knacks and crumbs to snack on.

This place had everything we needed as a family of 6 to enjoy a Thanksgiving week! So many areas to enjoy and the view in the sunroom was amazing!!!

The hot tub was in sleep mode and took two days to heat up so use was limited. Two shower drains and one sink were slow draining so uncomfortable to use. The waffle maker and coffee machine had not been cleaned propr to our check in. Overall great property just some maintenance issues.

Home and property provided excellent gathering space for 10 people to spend time together through the weekend for meals, catching up and ability to spread out and enjoy!Local contact was always available and responsive.Issues with a broken bed frame could not be resolved during our short stay.

Nice place

This house has plenty of space for indoor relaxing, outdoor gathering or all of the above. The location is convenient to town, but far enough away to be quiet (except for the rooster that lives nearby). We were a friend group that stayed for the weekend. We went to Woods Canyon Lake to paddleobard during the day. Convenient spot to rest and relax, close to everything.

We loved the house. It’s beautiful. We loved the on site hiking. We saw elk. We fished at the near by park. We will definitely be back! Great weekend get away.

We had a small group with ages 17-75. Everyone loved it! The home was beautiful inside and out. The backyard was so relaxing and had plenty of seating for playing board games. Went on a walk/hike out from the back of the property with the dog and it was great. Plenty of shopping and eating nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

It was such a wonderful gathering place for our family! We had everything we needed and the views from every direction were breathtaking! Will definitely be returning again to stay!

We loved our stay! The property is gorgeous and we loved being able to walk out the backyard to go hiking. They have thought of everything for outdoor entertainment. We never left the property the whole four days. It was just what we needed for recharging with our family. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We look forward to coming back soon!

Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Definitely recommend.

Super comfortable and pet friendly

We loved the area and the home. The floors had been hurriedly cleaned. We moved a chair and dog hair and dust abounded beneath. All the hard to reach areas of the floor were dusty and had dog hair.

Great place with plenty of room and things to do. Beautiful, comfortable home. We had a great time.

Absolutely stunning. Split A/Cs were amazing, the views breath taking. Stocked kitchen my whole family loved this home.

This house was extremely well thought out, stock and easy to enjoy. The owners thought of all aspects of a guests needs and relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The property is very spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet, yet conveniently located. We were there for several scheduled day hikes, yet both the interior and exterior stairs seemed very steep to us. The set up is very dog friendly.
