Stayed Dec 29, 2025We had a very good and enjoyable stay. The property manager was very responsive. There were a few initial issues with the lighting around the Hot tub which was taken care of swiftly. The location of this property is amazing. Quiet neighbourhood and walkable to Little Havana. The house was well stocked and well maintained. I am taking away one star because of a cat related issue. There was a neighbourhood cat that roamed the property pooped all over the backyard almost every day and we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the backyard much. The manager was quick to come over to take care of the mess however this was a daily affair and we just gave up after the first two times. Overall; I would recommend the property minus the cat issue.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025Host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Check in and out was easy. The property was lovely and just what we needed for a quick getaway. Location was walking distance to Little Havana where you can finds shops, food, entertainment.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024My family requested to book this home for a single night to evacuate from hurricane Milton on a very short notice. The owners who normally do not rent for only one night, made it possible. The home was spotless. The backyard was beautiful to sit and calm our nerves from thinking of the impending storm. I would definitely stay again.
