The Space:

Welcome to your Akron retreat - perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, fun, and relaxation across multiple levels. This spacious home sleeps 10 and features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the hot tub, hammock, and outdoor dining for 4 while soaking in the serene surroundings.



**Sleeping Arrangements**

Four bedrooms provide ample space for rest. The master suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom features a king bed, one offers a queen bed, and the last has a twin trundle bed. A second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo is conveniently located on this level.



**Living Areas**

The main level includes a living room with beamed ceilings and a dining area with hardwood floors, leading out to the deck. The cozy family room on the lower level features exterior access and a built-in desk for workspace.



**Kitchen & Dining**

The updated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Essentials such as pots, pans, and dishware are provided, and a dining table invites shared meals.



**Entertainment & Games**

The basement is a hub of fun with an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and putting green. Enjoy board games, a game console, and a 55-inch HDTV with Roku for movie nights.



**Outdoor Living**

Step onto the deck for park views or relax in the backyard with the hot tub and hammock. A gas grill and outdoor dining space for four make al fresco meals a breeze.

The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell, exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in with a smart lock simplifies your arrival.

Cribs and a pack ’n play are available for rent upon request, along with extra linens and room-darkening shades for a restful stay.

There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Please be aware of our House rules.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS



This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).



Any cleanup related to a party or gathering no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



Hot Tub House Rules:

Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:

Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

Use beach towels, not bath towels.

Max occupancy: 7 guests

No unsupervised kids

No diving or jumping

No food or drink in the tub

No glass in or near the hot tub

Keep the hot tub clean and clear

Respect neighbors – keep noise down

No smoking in the hot tub

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.





Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

We leave a short list of optional checkout steps — not mandatory, but very appreciated to help us prep for the next guest. Thank you!



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.





NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
