Excellent Beach House! We have loved visiting Oak Island for its small town feel for 25 years. This house was perfectly comfortable for our family and grandchildren. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, play and enjoy our visit. The backyard was wonderful, play/game room was entertaining and the hot tub was so nice as well. Outside shower was ideal after returning from the beach which was basically a 3 minute drive! Gorgeous inside and out! Communication was also prompt and super easy! Thank you for a great week ❤️

Our family had the best Thanksgiving week staying at this beautiful, spotless, incredibly well-kept home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care and attention the owners put into maintaining the property. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked — far beyond what we expected.We cooked our full Thanksgiving meal here, and to our surprise, the kitchen had everything we needed… even a turkey platter and a roasting pan (which we’d packed “just in case” but never needed!). The complimentary toiletries and starter supplies lasted us well over half the week, which was such a nice touch.Our kids would have stayed in the game room 24/7 if we’d let them — foosball, ice hockey, ping-pong… they were in heaven. When we weren’t playing games, we were either at the beach or down at the dock. We visited every single day, and the fishing was phenomenal! We came home with nine gallon-size bags of black drum and whiting fillets. We even caught a few flounder, though they were out of season. Honestly, our kids could have fished from sunrise to sunset.Evenings were magical — fires in the fire pit, soaking in the brand-new hot tub while Christmas carols played, and enjoying the peaceful quiet of the cul-de-sac. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away and tranquil, but just a quick bike ride or drive to the beach, plus great nearby shopping (shoutout to Southport Sourdough — a MUST!).Will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and bright. The house and kitchen were well supplied with most anything we needed. Communication was excellent! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and offered so many amenities. Location was perfect. Just a short golf cart ride over to the beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a fishing dock. Would highly recommend. Tanya was wonderful and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved the house! Was spotless and even bigger than I expected. Didn’t realize that the game room is separate from the house, so no game/kid noise which is good for teens, maybe not smaller kids. Everything was smooth with check-in and communication. Just a tad farther from the beach than we like but understood that when we booked. Definitely don’t hear traffic or people tho so that’s a plus. It’s a nice quiet area.Would highly recommend!

My husband and I and our 2 little Boston terrier’s had an amazing time at Oak Island in this beautiful, well stocked and spotlessly clean home just steps from the beach! This property exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be back!! We are frequent travelers and always stay at a VRBO property and this home has been my favorite by far! Thank you Tanya for welcoming us into your home and for being a responsive and attentive host!

The house was great for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. We enjoyed the game room and had some exciting table tennis tournaments. We also enjoyed the use of the golf cart exploring the island and going to the beach. We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal from everything the kitchen offered. The fishing dock at the end of the street provided fun croaker catching. The street was very quiet and the locals were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

My family had a fantastic time here. There is a ton of activites to do down stairs. The game room kept the boys entertained and off screens. The hot tub was a joy to use and worked very well. I was also happy to see we were walking distance to the fishing dock.

We booked this place last minute for a few days and had no complaints. The owner was easy to communicate with, the house well stocked and clean, and everything was as described.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend- house was clean,comfortable. Owner checked in on us via email to make sure we had everything we needed. Several things I loved so much will get for home (shampoo/cond)! Teenagers loved the game room and hot tub.

My family and I made a quick getaway to OKI for the New Years weekend. We found the home to be extremely clean, contain all the necessities, and match the description exactly. The golf cart and hot tub were a huge plus that made our stay special! My family and I had a wonderful time and appreciate how responsive the host was. Definitely recommend!
