The location of the property in relation to Hobart is brilliant and getting to and from is easy. The property itself is lovely. The rooms are spacious. Beds are wonderfully comfortable, sheets and towels lovely Getting in and out of the property by car can be an issue as is located on a roundabout on a busy street and if you are in a front bedroom being woken early morning while on holiday leaves a little to be desired. Plenty of shopping/restaurants within walking distance. All in all lovely house.

The house was very well kept and clean. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The old design of the house was very appealing. The only downside was that the kitchen was very small and not having a dishwasher meant a very large amount of time was spent cleaning the dishes when having a group of 10 people. The kitchen sink had issues with draining. The door security code unit also was very hard to operate as it kept refusing to accept the code and required several attempts to get it right. However the location was very convenient and close to all stores and places we wanted to visit. Overall We had a great stay and the kids had so much games and activities.

clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Situated on a popular roundabout, it did become a bit noisy during peak times of the day and later in the night and started early in the mornings. Plenty of space to park vehicles off street.
