Hook, Wine & Sinker - Private Pool! Brand New!

House was great for family , open floor plan on main floor gave us lots of room . Kids loved the pool and Adults loved the short walk to beach . Being at this location was so nice, not over crowded beach and fighting for a good spot . We will mostly likely be back next year . Highly recommend!!

This was the worst experience we have ever had with a rental. We booked this rental almost a year in advance after doing a lot of research on the home we wanted and the location we wanted. The day of arrival they informed us that we would not get this rental. They sent us the correct address at first then changed the address a few hours later! When I questioned them about the address being wrong, they told me I was confused. When I sent them the confirmation showing the reservation with the address and the description of the property with the payment information they said well they couldn't do anything about it and that we were not getting what we paid for and they were putting us somewhere else! The house we got was in a worst location with a large public parking lot with access to the beach so it was always extremely crowded. (NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR) The house was dirty and did not have the same beds that we had chosen in the other house so some of us did not have a bed to sleep in!! The house was not equipped with enough towels for our group along with us having to clean when we arrived. We paid a lot of money to stay in the house that we chose with the location we wanted and the bedding arrangements that we needed and we were very angry and disappointed in the BAIT AND SWITCH!! WE WILL NEVER RENT THROUGH BEN'S BEACH HOMES AGAIN AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER! Lesson learned for us but it was a very expensive and unpleasant lesson to learn.

This house was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. So close to the beach and was a great location. The beach wasn't overly crowded and the white sand beaches was wonderful. The inside of the house was lovely and fit our larger group. The kitchen, along with furniture was updated. The pool was very lovely as well and overall was an incredible stay! Highly recommend!

For Christmas my family took a trip to Panama City Beach. We stayed at Hook, wine and sinker for 5 days. The house is absolutely beautiful, I don't think the pictures do it justice! The room sizes and locations worked perfectly for me and my family. From the upstairs bedroom, you're able to see the ocean which was a nice perk for the kids. The location of a master suite was perfect for my mother as she has a hard time with steps. The house is right down the street from St. Andrews State park, where we visited and took the ferry to Shell Island. The home is also close to food and shopping. The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to heat the pool. I would recommend Hook, Wine, and Sinker to anyone visiting PCB a million times over. I can't wait to book again in the warmer months!

It’s great for a family vacation or a team vacation. Great for kids of all ages and beach access is super convenient. We will definitely stay again and if it’s not available for our dates we have decided we will explore their other properties to see what else they have available.

House was great, location to the beach and access to the beach was awesome. Having the private pool was very nice as well.

We had an amazing time this week! We were a group of 10 girls from ages 18-45 on a family girls trip. Very close walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The only downside was only a small start of toilet paper and paper towels. Home was exactly as described and gorgeous. Hopefully we will be back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation we had 4 kids 3 and under and the room options, wide open living room for play, and the pool made it perfect. Also the beach access can’t be beat!

We had a great time three friends and our daughters. The beach was just a few steps away the house was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this booking.
