PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

    House was amazing. We would wake up to the view of whales breaching and dolphins swimming off the back porch. It was a short walk to the beach. Food was close by. Would definitely recommend

    Can't get much closer to the ocean and beach than this property, beautiful house all the amenities of home plus even more. In March we had dolphins and Whales out front every day.

    I never write bad reviews; only good ones. I make an exception for this house because it, and Parrish Management, ruined our one-week stay in Hawaii in December 2022. What didn't work? No internet for 4 days, none of the 3 TVs worked for 4 days. Parrish tech tried to fix the WiFi three times but could not. We waited hours and hours on multiple days waiting for them to arrive -- not what we wanted to be doing in Kauai. If you don't care about WiFi, that's fine. But our two adult sons needed connection to work a portion of every day. We resorted to booking a hotel room at the nearby Hilton so they could access the Internet. In addition, the garden room was basically inhabitable because we couldn't close the door -- the doorknob was broken -- and there was a metallic whirring sound that happened every hour or so all night long. We could not figure out what caused it. Many lights were burned out. There were no serviceable candles in any of the candleholders throughout the house. The ice machine had been taken out of the kitchen, leaving a gaping hole. Do you get the idea? We expected more. Don't stay here.

    Beautiful property in a perfect location to enjoy the south side of the island. It feels like a secluded oasis, yet is within walking distance of Poipu Beach. It is a perfect space for a family to stay. We sat on the deck every morning and watched turtles, seals, dolphins, and crashing waves. The ocean lulled us to sleep each night.
