A short 5 minute stroll to a magnificent swimming beach and Cowes Golf Course, a five minute drive to town center with supermarkets, shops and cafes.
A 15 minute drive from the famous Penguin Parade, Nature Parks, Amaze N Things, Churchill Island and more.
Ideal family holiday and you can bring the dog, with secured backyard. A DOG Bond of $200 applies.
So relaxing and quiet, go for a walk, have a BBQ in the covered outdoor area with outdoor furniture or take a leisurely stroll to the Silverleaves General Store for your coffee fix. Now has FREE WIFI, dishwasher, ceiling fans in all rooms, kids beach toys (in garage), board games, DVDs, and a doggy dog (for medium sized dogs), extra fridge in the garage for extra food.

Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    The property needs work, with holes in the roof of the car park and paint faded away on the doors, and a good clean on the sticky furniture, doors, lights, dirty cutlery and crockery.

    This was our third stay in the same place. The location is perfect ... close to shops and beach, beautiful bushlike environment. Our only issue this time was that there was no dishcloth or sponge of any kind so we had to buy one. The owners have installed a dishwasher but we didn't uses enough dishes to warrant using it so we needed a dishcloth.

    We loved the house, we had everything we needed, however we felt that it wasn't that clean enough as the grandkids pick up tiny dog hairs everywhere every now and then, the rooms and bed smell funny and very dusty so we had to vacuum and sanitise everything first. The instructions where the house is located wasn't clear but we managed to find it. We also noticed that the interior photos doesn't match what's in their website Be mindful too that they can only respond during office hours, but very attentive. But don’t get us wrong, we loved the house and it's amenities, all appliances are working that's our priority. It just needs extra TLC that's all. Overall we were happy with our stay, the location was perfect in Phillip Island attractions. We gave the house a really good clean before we left as we kinda missed it already. We definitely want to come back and would recommend it. Please don't trash the place where you stay, respect it like your own home and you will definitely enjoy your stay.

    I stayed here with two friends for a girls' weekend. We enjoyed this quiet and secluded unit in Silverleaves, taking advantage of the proximity to the General Store where we had a lovely breakfast. It was a very cold and blustery weekend but the heater did a good job of keeping the unit cosy, although we did bring an extra fan heater for the bedrooms. The unit was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The shower was lovely and hot too. Would like to visit in better weather but enjoyed it nevertheless and felt it was good value for money.
